Gose the Goosearian

Sour Gose IPA

Yes, that’s a thinly veiled reference to Ghostbusters. And while the 100 foot marshmallow man is not involved here, there is something that starts out as a sweet and innocent idea that manifests itself as something you don’t expect. A light character of bread and wheat flavors, along with some traditional briny notes and coriander all cut with the sweet funk of a sour mash. Oh, and blasts of cascade and centennial hops make a floral and citrus punctuation.

This isn’t cider? An IPA? What have you done? Am I supposed to like this as much as I do? It makes me uncomfortable in a really good way.

We should chat. Maybe over a beer sometime. But, for now, over the internet will have to do for now.
