Old Doc’s Hopwash

American IPA

A perennial favorite, named for a friend (not his profession). This light IPA has a spine-crushing amount of strictly Centennial hops. It might even be dry hopped if we’re feeling particularly generous. Yet, a surprisingly malty backbone keeps it from wrecking the palette. Citrusy and floral with a mild finish makes this beer perfect for hot evenings. Or cool ones. Really any evening. Or afternoon.

We should chat. Maybe over a beer sometime. But, for now, over the internet will have to do for now.
