Dunkel

The dunkel is a generally dark german lager. This one is right at the edge of the day, right before the sun sinks of to the dark. It’s also magnificent. So malty and sweet, with just a little kiss of german hops to balance it out. Like a gingerbread cookie just cooled enough to eat.
