Sour Red Brett
A sweet and standard red ale gone horribly right. First the wort is kettle soured over 36 hours then fermented with brettanomyces and dry hopped with nelson sauvin hops to give it a chardonnay feel. The batch is aged in the fermenter and then bottle conditioned for at least 6 months each. Complex, sour, and transformative… like any good goatwhisperer should be.
