Black Kolsch with Cold Brew Coffee
Beer plus caffeine? It’s a breakfast made in heaven. We took Hinterwald, our black kolsch and added a little cold brewed coffee to accent the earthy chocolate and roasty notes. What’s it add? A pleasant, unburnt coffee flavor with additional blueberry notes from the Yirgacheffe beans roasted by Parisi. Or you can say it adds magic. Yeah… That’s better.
