When taking an IPA under consideration, we like to find a balance of flavors that really complement each other. We’ve taken the base of our Jetpack Hayride English IPA and sent it down under. The malty back of red wheat and Maris Otter blended with the fruity and citrus notes of Australian hops makes this one of the most pleasing IPAs we’ve created. Surprisingly dense, but a total crowd pleaser. Just like Crocodile Dundee.
