This non-tradition ESB carries a hefty does of biscuit baked goods cut with a healthy dose of english hops and a flame out burst of mosaic. Sweet, but appropriately bitter–like a guy who doesn’t want kids on his lawn, but donates all his spare time to washing puppies at an animal shelter.
