Berlinerweiss with Cucumber & Mint

During the summer season, there is reason for refreshment. Mostly, living in the wet heat of the Midwest requires something akin to sitting in front of the open fridge with just your underpants.

Partial nudity aside, we’ve taken the slightly tart traditional Berlinerweiss and ratcheted up the refreshment a notch with a dry hopping of cucumber and mint. European, refined, and usually refreshing, much like a certain actor for which we mangled his name for this summer beer.
