Let the Competition Begin

The preparation continues for the Highplains Brewhoff. I don’t expect to win anything. I don’t expect I’ll care either way. Just excited to be making some beers for it.

Hopefully, this batch of Hopwash will do well. If nothing else, at least I have this picture of Beets attempting to flash me. On purpose. Still working out the kinks with the counterflow cooler. Seems like the time and resources go into cleaning the damn thing. Might go back to the immersion cooler. White people problems.
