Black Kolsch

An oddity of style mashups, Hinterwald is a pilsner base with a heart of darkness. This black kölsch is light and crisp with a backbone of earthy baked bread and a hint of chocolate. It is also named for the almost dwarven cows that dot the Black Forest of Germany.
