Hinterwald

Black Kolsch

An oddity of style mashups, Hinterwald is a pilsner base with a heart of darkness. This black kölsch is light and crisp with a backbone of earthy baked bread and a hint of chocolate. It is also named for the almost dwarven cows that dot the Black Forest of Germany.

This changes me. Up is down. Dark is light. Dogs love cats. If this is wrong, I don’t want to be right.

We should chat. Maybe over a beer sometime. But, for now, over the internet will have to do for now.
